Analysis of Influencing Factors of SLon Vertical Ring and Pulsation High-gradient Magnetic Separator

Abstract: In order to explore the influencing factors of obvious aboriginality on high-intensity mag⁃ netic separation of hematite,the influencing factors of SLon vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator were analyzed,and the influence of structural parameters,working parameters,ore feeding prop⁃ erties and daily production management on high-intensity magnetic separation of hematite was discussed. The backwashing results show that the structural parameters such as the outer diameter of the rotating ring, the structure and material of the medium box,the working parameters such as the pulsating stroke,the pul⁃ sating stroke,the background magnetic induction intensity,and the rotating speed of the rotating ring,the feeding property parameters such as the feeding concentration and the feeding particle size,the daily pro⁃ duction management such as the level of the separation tank and the cleaning of the magnetic separator will significantly affect the separation effect. At the same time,the control direction of the influencing factors of the SLon vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator in the process of high magnetic separation of hematite is pointed out. It is clearly pointed out that the automation technologies such as the liquid level monitoring of the separation tank and the intelligent control of the feed concentration need to be strength⁃ ened and popularized in practical application.
