Abstract: In order to solve the influence of the high failure rate of the system on the production con⁃ tinuity in the process of medium and long distance transportation of tailings, the fine tailings section of Gushan Mining Company has realized the long-term decline, some annual zero-fault operation through a se⁃ ries of technical transformation, equipment optimization, post skill improvement and information sharing of each post, provides a basic guarantee for the normal operation of the tailings system, and greatly alleviates the pressure of tailings transportation.
