Abstract: Taking Jinyun Quarry in Liqiao Town，Xuancheng City as an example，the problems of unstable slopes and serious ecological damage in abandoned open-pit limestone mines are sorted out. In or⁃ der to solve this problem，through the high and steep slope cutting solidification and greening engineering， site leveling and covering soil reclamation，site drainage transformation，vegetation maintenance and other means of governance，eliminate geological disasters，repair damaged topography，and make full use of land resources. The treatment project of Jinyun Quarry provides a reference for the treatment of the geologi⁃ cal environment of the abandoned open-pit limestone mines in the area.
