Abstract: Automobile-belt conveyor joint development system is generally used in large open-pit mines. As the connecting node, the crushing station affects the overall economic benefits of the joint devel⁃ opment system. In addition, the crushing station is the front end of the belt transportation, and the construc⁃ tion progress directly affects the construction period of the belt system. Combined with the design, construc⁃ tion and production practice of the foundation pit of the crushing station in a mine, through the investiga⁃ tion, calculation and analysis of the crushing station and the response to dangerous situations, the dynamic design of the three side slopes in the southeast and west of the crushing station is carried out, different rein⁃ forcement measures are selected for combination, and the advantages and disadvantages of each design scheme in terms of progress, economy and safety are compared to determine the optimal scheme. The con⁃ struction process is guided by the engineering monitoring, groundwater control measures, and the local de⁃ sign is dynamically adjusted in real time. The project construction is well completed within the agreed con⁃ struction period, with good reinforcement effect, saving construction investment, which is well received by the owner. The design shall be appropriately changed according to the site changes, so as to continuously improve the design reliability, prejudge the changes occurring in the construction process, and put forward reasonable treatment suggestions.
