Broken Mechanism and Control Technology of Surrounding Rock in Advance Stress Area of Fully Mechanized Mining Face

Abstract: Due to the influence of multiple concentrated stress,coal seam occurrence and support technology during mining at No. 8107 working face of Wajinwan Mine,the forward stress area of the return air channel appears serious breakage when the working face is mined to 450m. In order to solve this problem,the crushing mechanism of the surrounding rock in the leading stress area is analyzed and the combined supporting technology o“f deep hole pressure relief + hydraulic expansion shed + hydraulic expansion bolt”in the leading stress area is put forward. The field application effect shows that the measured subsidence of the roof is controlled below 0.17 m.The floor heave is controlled below 0.32 m,and the convergence of the two sides is controlled below 0.35 m,the deformation phenomenon of the surrounding rock in the stress zone is effectively controlled,which greatly improves the shaping effect of the surrounding rock of the roadway in the stress zone and ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
