Abstract: Large mining vehicles are the main means of transport in open pit mines at present,and their operation cost accounts for nearly 70% of the production cost of the whole mine,especially after open pit mining,with the increasing of mining depth and the lengthening of transportation distance,the transportation cost increases year by year,which causes the overall economic benefit of mine operation to decline year by year.In order to solve this problem,on the one hand,mining enterprises can adopt belt conveyor replacing motor transport technical measures to solve the problem of rising costs from the technical level of,on the other hand,which can build equipment daily operation process management system from the management level and the cost control system to enhance the equipment efficiency and reduce equipment failure rate,so as to benefit from the management.Gaocun Iron Mine implements the management mode of manandmachine,supplemented by the daily cost analysis of vehicles and the wholelife tracking control of spare parts for large mining vehicles,the operation cost of mine automobile is reduced by means of management.The unit cost decreased by 15.34%,the upstream and downstream efficiency of the whole production process increased from 75% to 82.74%,and the efficiency increased by 7.74%.Nearly 8 million yuan per year is saved of the mine.Through the practice and exploration of one year,not only the operation management system of mine cars is improved,but also the predetermined target of benefits from management is achieved,which can be used for reference and reference for daily production cost management of similar mines.
