Abstract: At present,most of the underground mines use the field mixed emulsion explosive truck to load the explosive upward into the blast hole,when the blast hole contains water,it is easy to cause the rapid overall fall of the explosive column,resulting in many drawbacks and problems.Through a variety of onsite program tests,the selfdeveloped plugging equipment with quick and highstrength selflocking effect in the blasthole is used to effectively prevent the falling effect of the charge in the watery blasthole,thus ensuring the charging and blasting effect of the upward blasthole and reducing the blasting production cost,which is worth popularizing and applying.
