Abstract: In order to realize the efficient resource utilization of a low-grade and micro-embedded complex scheelite in Henan Province, aiming at the technical problems of difficult separation and poor sep⁃ aration effect, the systematic flotation process optimization and industrial test research are carried out.The optimum process parameters of the roughing section determined by the test are as follows: grinding fineness of -74 μm 61.5%,soda ash dosage of 1 400 g/t,collector Fx-6 dosage of 450 g/t,inhibitor SG dosage of 15 g/t. After optimization, the rough concentrate with tungsten grade of 0.81% and tungsten recovery of 80.62% can be obtained. The optimal process parameters of the cleaning section are as follows: the dosage of reagent removal agent Yixiang high sodium water glass is 55 g/t,and the concentration of the selected slurry is 27%.The industrial test results show that the optimized process is suitable for the on-site high-al⁃ kali backwater system. The tungsten grade of the concentrate is increased from 22.21% to 25.21%,and the tungsten recovery rate is increased from 66.91% to 76.14%. It can provide engineering reference for the re⁃ source utilization of similar refractory tungsten ore.
