Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the traditional large-span steel structure workshop and skeleton membrane structure workshop in the storage facilities of non-ferrous metal industry are difficult to completely eliminate dust emission and the construction period is long，taking a copper concentrate mixed ore project in Hainan as an example，the inflatable membrane structure is applied to the distribution center of the project，and the key problems such as its anti-typhoon ability，internal environmental control sys⁃ tem，safety control of logistics and human flow，intelligent monitoring and operation and maintenance are studied.The research results show that the inflatable membrane structure has excellent anti-typhoon perfor⁃ mance and environmental protection tightness，and the construction period is short，the comprehensive cost is low，and the applicability is strong. It can provide an ideal solution for the environmental protection storage and clean production of raw materials and products in the non-ferrous metal industry.
