Abstract: The contradiction between supply and demand of gold resources in China is significant, and the exploration of deep and concealed ore bodies has become an important way to expand the reserves of gold resources. The metallogenic geological conditions of Dongyaozhuang gold deposit are superior, but the spatial distribution characteristics of ore bodies and the potential of deep prospecting lack systematic re⁃ search, which restricts the advancement of deep exploration in the mining area. Taking Dongyaozhuang gold deposit as the research object, relying on multi-source geological data such as drilling, roadway mea⁃ surement and geophysical prospecting in the mining area,Surpac software is used to construct a high-pre⁃ cision three-dimensional geological model of the mining area, completely restore the three-dimensional spatial morphology of the surface, drilling, roadway, fault and ore body of the mining area, and accurately reveal the spatial occurrence law of ore body strike, tendency, dip angle and inclination. By superimpos⁃ing the apparent polarizability geophysical anomaly information, the spatial matching relationship between the ore body and the geophysical anomaly is analyzed, and the metallogenic characteristics of the known ore body in the mining area and the highly superimposed JD1 high polarizability anomaly area are clarified. Combined with the comprehensive analysis of geological conditions and exploration data, the unclosed high polarizability area in the northeast of JD1 anomaly area is delineated as the preferred metallogenic target ar⁃ ea. The metallogenic geological background of this target area is consistent with the known ore section. The ore-finding rate of deep exploration borehole can reach 88.89 % ,and the deep prospecting potential is huge. The research results have clarified the deep metallogenic regularity and favorable prospecting areas in the mining area, which can provide scientific basis for subsequent drilling verification, resource reserve expansion and deep exploration project deployment in the mining area.
