Test of New Filter Plate Cleaning Agent for Ceramic Filter in a Mine NIU Shan YANG Na WANG Yan CHEN Huaping

In order to screen out a safe,efficient and stable cleaning agent for ceramic filter plate, reduce production safety risks and prolong the service life of equipment,aiming at the problem that the mi‐ cropores of porous ceramic filter plate are easy to be blocked during the long-term operation of ceramic fil‐ ter,which leads to the decrease of filtration efficiency and the increase of moisture content of filter cake, as well as the problems of high safety risk,strong corrosion of equipment and unstable market supply of ni‐ tric acid,oxalic acid and other cleaning agents commonly used in industrial production,taking the TT- 45B ceramic filter of a mine pyrite concentrate production line as the test object,three new industrial￾grade liquid cleaning agents of HQ-320GH,YQ0806+YQ0808 and LKM-1003 are selected. By compar‐ ing the moisture content of filter cake and the thickness of filter cake before and after cleaning,the clean‐ ing efficiency and the applicability of working conditions are systematically evaluated.The results show that all the three cleaning agents can effectively remove the blockage of the filter plate. Among them,LKM- 1003 has the best performance in controlling the moisture content of the filter cake,and the average mois‐ ture content of the filter cake is only 10.01%. The comprehensive cleaning stability of HQ-320GH is out‐ standing,and it can maintain a stable cleaning effect at different feed concentrations.YQ0806+YQ0808 is more suitable for medium and low feed concentration(average 44.09%)working condition. The average moisture content of filter cake after cleaning is 10.20%,which can provide scientific experimental basis for mineral processing enterprises to screen safe,efficient and stable filter plate cleaning agent of ceramic filter.
