Abstract: In order to solve the problems of unclear material flow and poor information in the actual production of the concentrator，the integration of the virtual visualization factory of mineral processing and the production information management platform is studied，and the three-dimensional visualization man⁃ agement and control system software and mobile APP for the whole process of mineral processing are devel⁃ oped to assist the management of mineral processing production.Through multiple functional modules such as reagent management，scheduling management，equipment management，production report，alarm infor⁃ mation，problem filling，inspection management，remote monitoring，and production statistics，the intelli⁃ gent real-time analysis and management of the actual execution data in the production process are realized. It optimizes the working index，improves the production efficiency of mineral processing，greatly improves the work efficiency of management personnel，and provides accurate data support for the intelligent control of mineral processing.
