Abstract: In order to comprehensively promote the improvement of green mine construction system and further improve the scientificity and international comparability of green mine standards，aiming at the problems of late start of green mine standard research in China and insufficient international comparative research，the similarities and differences of green mine related concepts are systematically sorted out，and the green mine standard documents of major mining developed countries are selected. From the macro back⁃ ground，model characteristics and evaluation system，a comprehensive and structured comparative analy⁃ sis of green mine standards in various countries is carried out.The results show that the green mine stan⁃ dards of Canada and Australia are obviously advanced in terms of policy coordination，community partici⁃ pation and evaluation indicators. The distribution of indicators focuses on renewable energy utilization and life cycle carbon emission management.Based on the comparison results，some suggestions are put forward for the optimization of China's green mine standards. The first is to build a multi-level standard structure system，the second is to further promote the quantification of ecological effectiveness evaluation，the third is to establish a mining area benefit sharing mechanism to promote the coordinated development of mining areas，the fourth is to promote Chinese standards to international standards and enhance the international recognition and influence of standards.
