Abstract: A lead-zinc mine in Sichuan contains 5.24% lead,0.63% zinc and 30.23 g/t associated silver, which belongs to a typical lead-zinc-silver polymetallic sulfide ore.In order to realize the efficient utilization of the mineral resources, aiming at the problems of many kinds of raw ore minerals, complex dissemination relationship, significant difference in lead and zinc content, and difficult separation of lead and zinc, the ore process mineralogy and beneficiation test are carried out.The test results show that using lime + sodium sulfide as a combined regulator,D301+25# ammonium butyl aerofloat as a composite collec⁃ tor, through the process of one roughing, three cleaning and two scavenging, the lead concentrate with lead grade of 59.13%,zinc content of 2.49%,lead recovery rate of 94.05%,associated silver grade of 267.40 g/t,silver recovery rate of 73.68% can be obtained, and the efficient recovery of lead and associat⁃ ed silver is realized.
