Abstract: In order to more truly simulate the actual state of the mine rock strata,so that the similar simulation test can accurately reflect the actual engineering conditions, the fine river sand is selected as the aggregate, gypsum and calcium carbonate are used as the cementing material, the two-factor and five-level orthogonal test is carried out,and the uniaxial mechanical test of the similar material specimen is carried out.The test results show that the compressive strength of similar material specimens is negatively correlated with sand-binder ratio and calcium carbonate-gypsum ratio. The density of similar materials is positively correlated with sand-binder ratio and negatively correlated with calcium carbonate-gypsum ratio. Both are significantly affected by sand-binder ratio.Through the linear regression analysis of SPSS software, the em⁃ pirical equation of similar ratio is established. Through this equation, the ratio parameters of similar materi⁃ als can be quickly obtained, which can provide reference for the study of similar material ratio.
