Study on the Optimal Selection of Ultra-poor Magnetite Beneficiation Process Based on Multi-objective Decision-making Comprehensive Utility Value Method

Abstract: In order to scientifically and reasonably compare and select the beneficiation process flow, aiming at the problems of many influencing factors of beneficiation process flow schemes,many expected targets of comparison and selection,strong comprehensiveness and difficult decision-making in the com⁃ parison and selection,taking ultra-low-grade magnetite as an example,a multi-objective decision-mak⁃ ing method is used to compare and select the beneficiation process flow.The multi-objective decision-mak⁃ ing comprehensive utility value method is used to weight and quantify the quantifiable quantitative factors such as equipment investment,civil engineering investment,energy consumption and water consumption in each stage of the process into quantitative factor utility value points. Various qualitative factors such as equipment operation efficiency,concentrate product grade,recovery rate,equipment failure rate,mainte⁃ nance cost and environmental protection requirements are given different weights according to their influ⁃ ence degree to quantify and weight them into qualitative factor utility value points.The quantitative factor utility value and the qualitative factor utility value are given different weights and then weighted to calcu⁃ late the comprehensive utility value score. The highest comprehensive utility value score is the optimal solu⁃ tion,and finally the best optimization result is obtained.By constructing a set of comprehensive evaluation index system for the selection and decision-making of beneficiation process flow scheme,the weight of each participating evaluation index is given,and the mathematical model is constructed by combining quantitative factors with qualitative factors. The incomparable factors are converted into comparable utility values for comparison,and the best scheme is selected.The results show that the multi-objective decision�making comprehensive utility value method can transform the complex process comparison and selection problem into a numerical calculation process,which is convenient for decision makers to compare and se⁃ lect,overcomes the limitations of traditional methods,and the comparison and selection results are more convincing,scientific and reasonable.
