Abstract: Due to the impact of mining pressure on a large number of residential buildings in the 182211 section of Wutongzhuang Mine，after the underground coal is mined，it will form a mined-out area， which is extremely likely to cause land subsidence，and has a great impact on the safe mining of the mine un⁃ derground，the production and life of residents around the mining area，and the protection of the surface en⁃ vironment. To control surface subsidence，alleviate the conflict between industry and agriculture，and curb the degradation of the surrounding ecological environment，Wutongzhuang Mine successfully mined the 182211 and 182211N working faces by adopting the isolation grouting filling technology. The maximum sur⁃ face subsidence was reduced from 2.3 m to 302.4 mm，which was much lower than that of the traditional methods. This technology not only effectively controlled surface subsidence，but also created economic bene⁃ fits of 892.84 million yuan，alleviated the mining pressure，and laid a solid foundation for the long-term high-quality development of the mine.
