Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of measurement management in mining en⁃ terprises，aiming at the shortcomings of traditional manual measurement methods in data processing and re⁃ al-time performance，the mineral product measurement one-card automatic measurement system is carried out. By integrating key technologies such as weighbridge measurement，data acquisition and transmission， storage and statistical analysis，the system realizes the automatic management of the whole process from raw material procurement to finished product sales. The application results show that the system significantly im⁃ proves the measurement efficiency，reduces the human error，and optimizes the production management pro⁃ cess，which provides an effective solution for the intelligent upgrading of mining enterprises.
