Abstract: Ensuring the safety and stability of slope plays an important role in the safety of produc⁃ tion and construction equipment and personnel.In order to ensure the safety of the south open-pit slope of Mengku Iron Mine in Fuyun County in Xinjiang,the indoor and outdoor mechanical tests of rock mass pa⁃ rameters were carried out on the south slope,and the limit equilibrium method was used to calculate the sta⁃ bility of the slope profile. The results show that the stability coefficient of the south slope does not conform to the relevant specifications and has the risk of landslide.Therefore,the anchor cable(rod)frame beam structure system was used for comprehensive treatment of the slippery area,and the limit equilibrium meth⁃ od was used to analyze the stability of the treated area. The calculation results show that the stability coeffi⁃ cient of the southern slope after treatment is significantly improved and conforms to the relevant specifica⁃ tions. The anchor cable(bar)frame beam structure system has a certain reference function for similar mine slope treatment.
