Abstract: In order to promote the development and utilization of a low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite ore in Shaanxi，the detailed process mineralogy characteristics of the ore samples were studied by means of mineral phase microscope，scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrum. The re⁃ sults show that the main minerals in the ore are different in the degree of alteration and the distribution of beneficial elements. The theoretical grade of iron concentrate is 52.44%，and the theoretical grade of titani⁃ um concentrate is 47.83%. Strengthening the experimental study of titanium separation is an important di⁃ rection to improve the utilization value of resources. The results provide a basic reference for the develop⁃ ment and utilization of vanadium-titanium magnetite resources.
