Abstract: In order to improve the grade of magnetic separation concentrate in a hematite concentra⁃ tor in Hainan，the anionic reverse flotation test of cyclone-static micro-bubble flotation column was car⁃ ried out. The feed rate of flotation column determined by conditional test was 230 mL/min，the dosage of collector was 1 800 g/t，the pressure of roughing circulating pump was 0.14 MPa，the flotation concentra⁃ tion was 38%，and the air intake of roughing flotation column was 1.0 m3/h. The test results show that un⁃ der the condition of ore grade of 49.44%，a good index of concentrate yield of 57.37%，iron concentrate grade of 62.62% and iron recovery of 72.66% was obtained by desulfurization + one roughing one scaveng⁃ ing reverse flotation process. The test shows that the flotation column has the advantages of short separation process and high separation efficiency in hematite flotation.
