Experimental Study on Vibration Crushing Evaluation Based on Fractal Dimension of Crushing

Abstract: In order to effectively evaluate the performance of ore crushing equipment and make crushing equipment run more efficiently and energy-efficiently,according to the particle size distribution characteristics of ore after crushing,three different ore were crushed by vibration,and the particle size dis⁃ tribution,crushing fractal dimension calculation and other crushing effect evaluation indexes were studied. The results show that the particle size distribution after crushing has obvious fractal characteristics,and the fractal dimension of crushing can be used to describe the distribution state of particles,and the fractal dimension of crushing is basically consistent with the change trend of other crushing evaluation indexes. The absolute values of the quadratic coefficients after fitting the four sets of crushing test data are com⁃ pared,and the difference between the absolute values of the coefficients is within 10%. The crushing frac⁃ tal dimension can be used as one of the crushing evaluation indexes.
