Abstract: In order to rationally develop，utilize and protect mineral resources，promote the structur⁃ al reform of the supply side of Zhangjiakou mining industry，and coordinate the development of the ecologi⁃ cal environment support area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the construction of water-saving functional ar⁃ eas in the capital，according to the overall planning of mineral resources in Hebei Province，combined with the current situation of mineral resources exploration and development in the city，the overall planning of resource development is carried out from seven aspects and put forward the effective implementation strate⁃ gy of overall planning，which improve the level of mineral resources development and utilization.
