Abstract: The copper grade of pre-enrichment products in tailings recovery plant of Dexing Copper Mine is 0.15%，and the copper minerals mainly is chalcopyrite，mainly distributed in 0.043~0.015 mm. 90% of the chalcopyrite exist in the form of coenobium，most of which are difficult to be fully dissociated. The content of sulfur minerals pyrite is high，and mainly exist in the form of monomer and distributed in 0.05~0.13 mm. In order to realize the efficient recovery of copper minerals，flotation tests were carried out on the basis of process mineralogy research and field process as reference. The results showed that under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.043 mm accounting for 85% and sodium sulfite as inhibitor，copper concentrate with copper grade of 16.43% and copper recovery rate of 63.12% was finally obtained with one roughing，one scavenging and two cleaning low-alkalinity flotation，which realized the low alkalinity recov⁃ ery of the copper minerals in the samples.
