Abstract: In order to better guide the prospecting work，and achieve precise and targeted prospect⁃ ing，through to the ore process mineralogy research on Shimangkeng gold deposit in Jing county，it can be seen that the gold orebodies in this deposit mainly occur in the contact zone between granodiorite porphyry dike and Silurian Tangjiawu Formation. Gold minerals are mostly electrum and natural gold，and the em⁃ bedded grain size of "visible gold" is mainly microscopic ultrafine gold. The occurrence state of gold is mainly inclusion gold，followed by interparticle gold and fissure gold. The alteration mineralization most closely related to mineralization mainly includes pyritization、limonitization and silicification，especially the silicification. The main types of the deposit is silicified breccia gold deposits.
