Abstract: In order to obtain low-cost and excellent performance NdFeB products sintered by wind power,aiming at the problem of unstable performance of this type of products in different production batch⁃ es,advanced processes and equipment such as non-heavy rare earth dual alloy process,multi-channel tar⁃ get pulverizing,grain refinement,automatic powder mixing system,forced stirring and continuous sinter⁃ ing furnace were studied. By optimizing and curing the key process parameters of the whole process,the μ,δ,and γ phases with high magnetocrystalline anisotropy field are stably formed in the grain boundary phase,and high-performance products such as 50H and 52H are stably produced. The production process adopts the intelligent one-bond operation to implement and monitor the process parameters,which greatly reduces the production cost,reduces the interference of human factors on process control,and greatly im⁃ proves the quality and consistency of products.
