Abstract: In order to actively respond to the national "13th Five-year Plan" for Healthy China，ad⁃ vocate healthy production and lifestyle，prevent and reduce occupational diseases and related disease haz⁃ ards，improve occupational health management，and achieve sustainable and harmonious development of enterprise development and personnel health，Miaogou Iron Mine aiming at the problems of strengthening the implementation of the occupational health management system，beautifying and improving the healthy production and living environment，forming a mature and healthy cultural overall atmosphere，and build⁃ ing a three-in-one modern health management enterprise，research on creating an occupational health en⁃ terprise was carried out，and finally formed a complete occupational health management system. Through the construction of occupational health enterprises for nearly a year，the awareness and ability of front-line employees exposed to occupational disease hazards have been significantly improved，the beautification of occupational health environment has given the majority of employees a higher sense of gain and happiness， and the cultural literacy of occupational health has gradually improved; There was no occupational health injury accident in the whole year，Establishing occupational health enterprises has become an essential long-term mechanism for Miaogou Iron Mine to improve the level of occupational health management.
