Abstract: In order to explore a new technology for the comprehensive utilization of secondary resourc⁃ es of metallurgical sediment, aiming at the problem that zinc in metallurgical sediment cannot be effective⁃ ly recycled, the metallurgical sediment containing 8.40% zinc in a smelter in Fujian was taken as the re⁃ search object, and the ammonia-ammonium chloride enhanced leaching method was used to analyze and discuss the effects of leaching agent type and concentration, stirring temperature, time and rotational speed on zinc leaching recovery. The results show that under the optimum conditions of ammonia and am⁃ monium chloride concentration ratio 1∶1,total ammonium ion concentration 6 mol/L,liquid-solid ratio 6∶ 1,temperature 65 ℃,stirring time 2.5 h,stirring speed 500 r/min,the leaching rate of zinc reaches 86.91%,and the leaching effect is better.
