Abstract: In order to explore the best beneficiation process and possible indicators for the effective recovery and utilization of iron ore in a processing plant in Hainan，on the basis of the study of process min⁃ eralogical properties，an experimental study of iron ore with a total iron grade of 39.66% was carried out. Through the use of stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-flo⁃ tation desulfurization-anion reverse flotation process，a good index of iron concentrate grade of 63.32% and iron recovery rate of 70.38% was obtained in the experiment. The comprehensive recovery of limonite pro⁃ vides a reference for the development and utilization of similar ores.
