Analysis on Influencing Factors of Ore Flow Characteristics in Ore Storage Section of Chute#br#

Abstract: The flow characteristics of the loose ore and rock in the chute are related to the safety and reliability of the ore drawing of the chute.In order to ensure the smoothness of ore drawing from the chute,on the basis of analyzing the influence of ore fluidity on ore drawing from the chute,the factors affecting the flow characteristics of the ore in the storage section are theoretically analyzed.It mainly includes six aspects: the agglomeration of ore rock,the granularity and distribution characteristics of the ore rock fragments,the water content of the ore rock,the structure of the chute,the impact and compaction effect of the ore flow on the material in the well,and the storage height of the chute.Based on the practical experience of some mines,targeted solutions to improve the fluidity of the ore rock were proposed,including shortening the stagnation time of the ore rock in the chute,improving the blasting effect of the ore rock,optimizing the chute structure parameters,controlling the water content and fine ore content,and reducing the impact of the moving ore on the material stored in the well,etc.It plays an important role in preventing the blockage of ore storage section of chute.
