Evaluation Index System of the Conservation and Intensive Use of Metal Mineral Resources#br#

Abstract: The conservation an intensive use of mineral resources is based on reducing resource waste and protecting the ecological environment,coordinating various production factors and improving the system efficiency of the resource utilization.To display the conservation an intensive use of mineral resources more intuitively,a set of index system was constructed for the evaluation of the conservation and intensive use of metal mineral resources and designed evaluation indicators from five aspects:resource development and utilization level,scale,technical level,environmental benefits and economic benefits.AHP was used to optimize the index system through the comparison of weight calculation methods and the indexes′ connotation and calculation methods were given.An empirical analysis about six largescale iron mines in Northeast and North China was carried out.The research shows that the multiangle and relative value evaluation index system with resource development and utilization level as the core constructed has strong operability,and the evaluation results are in line with the actual production of the mine.It can compare the conservation and intensive use levels of different mines,find out the shortcomings of mine production and provide a reference for the optimization and evaluation management of metal mine production.
