Abstract: The horizontal steps of the open pit mine of Sijiaying Iron Mine are divided from top to bottom and layered by layer.The stop steps adopt the interhole differential blasting method for deep hole blasting.For the blasting process,there is blasting vibration and large disturbance,and the blasting effect is poor.The product consumes a lot of money and has high cost.The digital electronic detonator is characterized by high delay precision,flexible time setting,intelligent network detection,and reliable safety performance.The holebyhole detonation is realized,and the blasting operation is significantly reduced under the premise of ensuring the blasting operation is intrinsically safe and reliable.Vibration,improve blasting effect,reduce the unit consumption of blasting explosives,save the cost of blasting,and improve the efficiency of mining labor.
