Optimization and Reformation of Ventilation System in Tonglushan CopperIron Mine#br#

Abstract: The ventilation system of Tonglushan Copper and Iron Mine has problems such as unreasonable air volume distribution,underground sewage air circulation,poor local ventilation and difficult management of underground ventilation structures.In order to solve these problems,combined with the actual production situation to recalculate the total air volume of the mine,three optimization schemes are proposed.After technical and economic comparison and analysis,the multilevel station ventilation system is determined to be the optimal solution.Through the simulation and calculation of the threedimensional ventilation software,the total air volume of the mine reaches 428.03 m3/s,which meets the calculated total air volume of the mine.The ventilation mode of the multilevel machine station realizes the regional ventilation of each area,and the air volume distribution is more reasonable,avoiding the interference between the ventilation areas,improving the stability of the ventilation system,and effectively increasing the deep air intake of the ventilation system.
