Optimization and Numerical Simulation Analysis of Deep Shaft Excavation Construction Technology

Abstract: In the process of deep shaft excavation,with the increase of excavation depth,the phenomenon of stress concentration of surrounding rock becomes more and more obvious,which easily leads to the instability of surrounding rock and the cracking or destruction of lining structure of shaft wall.In order to fully release the stress and displacement of surrounding rock during the excavation of the shaft,the construction process of "three excavation and one masonry" was proposed in Xincheng gold mine of -930 m deep shaft construction,and compared with the original construction technology of "one excavation and one masonry".The results show that:①In the improved technology,the surrounding rock pressure is effectively released,and the safety coefficient of lining is significantly improved,which is conducive to the stability of deep shaft;②Due to the change of construction technology,the exposed area of the surrounding rock of the shaft increases,resulting in the greater stress of the shaft lining than that of the original process lining.Therefore,the site construction technology transformation should be gradually realized to avoid local stress concentration.
