Abstract: In order to strengthen the mine production management,summarize the adverse production phenomena such as emphasizing immediate interests,ignoring longterm development,emphasizing production process,and neglecting safety investment in production,the "six major balance" system management method is put forward.Therefore,to improve the preparation of the exploration and mining reserves,standardize the management from the system,improve the management level and responsibility of the management personnel,and encourage technological innovation provide the management method support for ensuring the longterm development of the enterprise,improving the working efficiency and enhancing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
