Abstract: The Civil Explosive Production Enterprise Automation degree is low,the personnel control request is higher.In order to satisfy the policy of noman,fewman and reduce the cost,the intelligent transformation of the transportation link of the loading and unloading truck is carried out,and the intelligent loading and unloading truck system is introduced.Through the analysis of the layout of the existing loading,unloading and transportation links,the system flow mode is designed as a whole,which forms the warehousing,logistics and transportation system with the characteristics of the civil explosive industry and optimizes the existing management mode,some key technical problems,such as the correspondence between the pallet information and the sequence code of the public security record system,the camera identification of the intelligent forklift truck,etc.An intelligent loading system with industry demonstration effect is established.The results show that after the system is applied in a civil explosive enterprise,three workers are cut down in loading,unloading and transportation,the economic benefit is increased by 40% ,and the enterprise intelligence level is raised to a new level.
