Abstract: In order to reduce the impact of blasting vibration of an openpit cement limestone mine on the safety and stability of surrounding residential buildings, the relevant blasting vibration monitoring and data regression analysis were carried out.The results show that: through the fitting regression analysis of the blasting vibration data of the mine, the propagation law of the blasting vibration in the direction of huangjiawa settlement area, jieweng village,Luba village and mashanwa village is explored, and it can be concluded that the blasting vibration speed of the normal production blasting in the four directions of huangjiawa settlement area is less than the blasting safety code (GB 6722—2014),under normal circumstances,it will not cause damage to the residential buildings.According to the structural properties of the protected buildings in the open pit mine, the limit values of the maximum charge and the safe distance in the same section are put forward. The blasting area of the mine is divided into the controlled blasting area and the normal blasting area,so as to realize the safe mining of the mine and avoid the impact on the surrounding facilities.
