Abstract: SiO2Al2O3CaO series black glassceramics were prepared by sintering method from Yuanqu iron tailings.Mainly expounds the preparation technology of iron tailings black glassceramics,and summarizes a set of practical production methods according to the problems and solutions in the actual production process.It also overcomes the difficulties of preparing,plate forming and high porosity of the plate.Finally,through a series of practical production process improvement,the iron tailings black glass with fewer pores and a pure plate color was successfully prepared.
