Abstract: The mediumlength hole drilling equipment used in the original mining operation of a mine is aging seriously.With the increasing of the section height,he hole depth is improved accordingly.In order to meet the demand of the construction of deephole drilling in mining,Simba M4C drilling jumbo is introduced.In view of the problems existing in the application process of the drilling jumbo,the corresponding solutions are put forward to ensure that the equipment can be put into use normally.Through the comparative analysis of the drilling effectively and the construction quality of mediumlength hole of the new and old equipment,the results show that,Simba m4c drilling jumbo has good performance,high degree of automation,high drilling accuracy and normal drilling efficiency,which fully meets the requirements of mediumlength hole drilling under the large structural parameters of the mine.
