Abstract: A lowgrade and highoxidation rate of mixed sulphideoxide copper ore in Yunan Province contains Cu content of 0.33%,copper sulphide of 49.09% and copper oxide of 50.91%.In order to determine the development and utilization technology of the ore,the mineral processing testing studies were carried out.The results presented that in the case where the grinding fineness is -0.074 mm accounting for 86.40%,the copper concentrate with copper content of 18.58%,recovery rate of 77.55% and gold content of 4.23 g/t can be obtained by using a copper sulfide flotation process and a copper oxide flotation process with both one stage of roughingthree stages of cleaningone stage of scavenging procedures.The indexes of test results performed well,and the study realized an efficient comprehensive recovery of copper and gold in lowgrade mixed sulphideoxide copper ore,which could provide the technological design basis for the mine development and ore utilization.
