Abstract: In order to develop and utilize a finegrained refractory copper (molybdenum) ore resource in Heilongjiang Province,a beneficiation test were carried out on the basis of process mineralogy. The results show that the useful elements in the ore are copper and molybdenum, the main copper mineral is chalcopyrite and bornite, the main molybdenum mineral is molybdenite, the main gangue mineral is feldspar and quartz.Under the condition that the grinding fineness was -0.074 mm account for 75%,and the regrinding fineness was -0.038 mm account for 80%,we could obtain a coppermolybdenum mixed concentrate with a grade of Cu 22.77% and Mo 0.436%,a recovery rate of Cu 89.77% and Mo 78.19%.
