Development and Application of Ultra Thin Rare Earth Magnetic Disk Separator

Abstract: The design method and advanced manufacturing technology of SLMS600 type ultra thin rare earth magnetic disk are introduced,the structure and separation principle of SLMS600 type magnetic disk separator are described.Aiming at the mineral processing waste water of a leadzinc mine,the neutralizationmagnetic flocculationmagnetic separation integrated waste water treatment process based on SLMS600 type magnetic disk separator was adopted.The results show that the removal rate of solid suspension was 97.5%,the removal rate of Cu2+ was 68.8%,and the removal rate of Pb2+ was 94.1%.The process has the advantages of high treating speed and cover a small area,and the quality of treated water can meet the requirement of the concentration of solid suspended substance and some heavy metal ions.SLMS600 type magnetic disk separator has a good application prospect in the field of solidliquid separation such as mine waste water treatment.
