Abstract:

In the roasting separation process of Jingtieshan iron ore lump ore in Jiugang,there exists the problem of high surrounding rock content of primary dry separation tailings,which not only has large secondary roasting quantity,high energy consumption and poor roasting quality,but also affects the effect of secondary dry separation.In order to solve these problems,the scavenging technology of primary dry separation tailings was studied.The results show that the re-separation of primary dry separation tailings,the separation of coarse-grained ore by separator,the separation of fine ore by dry magnetic separator,and the combination of sweeping concentrate and raw ore for primary roasting not only cancels the secondary roasting operation,but also reduces the return roasting amount,reduces the energy consumption of roasting process and reduces the metal loss.
