Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of safety preevaluation,by metallic and nonmetallic mine construction project safety preassessment,for example,according to the safety facilities directory (trial) and the demand of the project safety assessment report writing outline,from safety preevaluation scoping,preevaluation report content key points,qualitative quantitative method,the preevaluation report of timeliness,etc.,the safety preevaluation in economic development under the new normal positioning are discussed,the expects of safety preevaluation to service enterprise well,really provide a beneficial reference for the designs of safety facilities.
