Abstract: Geological exploration is the upstream of the whole mining industry chain,and green exploration is a concrete action to implement the concept of green development at the source.At present,China has made a big step in solid mineral green exploration,but it is still lacking in the field of petroleum and natural gas.In order to achieve the expected target of oil and gas resources exploration under the premise of protecting the ecological environment,the innovation of oil and gas exploration methods,and the realization of green exploration.Based on the analysis of the current situation and demand of oil and gas exploration,the green exploration standards for petroleum and natural gas are initially proposed by referring to the existing standards for solid mineral exploration and the relevant standards such as technical specifications for petroleum and natural gas industry,environmental quality standards and technical specifications for environmental impact assessment.By comprehensively promoting the green exploration of oil and gas resources,we can achieve the goal of high efficiency and environmental protection in the oil exploration industry.
