Abstract: Coal on the economic development of China played a very important position,is the guarantee to the safe operation of coal enterprise to ensure the premise of enterprise economic benefits,in order to obtain more excellent way of safety management in luling coal mine of huaibei mining industry group as the research object,to regulate the procedures conversion,to strengthen the process control and luling mine pioneered "DMV" fine process control security management,significantly lower security hidden danger,employee misconduct greatly reduced,The number of violations decreased by 20% in the first quarter of 2019 compared with the first quarter of 2018;Engineering effect is good,the efficiency increased,Ⅲ 1022 under floor drainage lane footage from the original 70~80 meters per month up to nearly 100 meters per month.It plays a direct role in safeguarding and promoting the standard construction,improving the quality and safety of the project.
