    The stoping scheme and paste filling system of the large and thick ore-bodies of the west ore-bodies in Chambishi copper mine are analyzed, the applicability of the paste filling strength is testified by adopting the independent intensity computation method, the destruction of blasting vibration to filling bodies is controlled effectively by using the controlled blasting technique with small section. The application results of the upward horizontal drift hierarchical paste filling mining method show that the recovery rate is improved to 75%~80%, the dilution rate is controlled to 6%,the stripping ratio is lowered to 90~100 m3/kt, therefore, the safe stopping with high efficient of the stope in Chambishi copper mine is realized.

    Large amount of micro-sized particles is contained by blasting dust in open-pit mine, the environmental pollution of the stope is serious. Based on analyzing the water fog dust removal mechanism, the blasting dust test system is designed and established, the blasting dust comparative test of water bag interval charge structure and rock power interval charge structure in Gaocun iron mine is conducted, the results show that the dust adsorption effect of water bag interval charge structure is better than rock power interval charge structure, the dust adsorption rate is 46.72%~51.20%,besides that, the improving effects of the rock broken size of water bag interval charge structure is also superior to rock power interval charge structure. The study results of this paper further indicated that the blasting technique of water interval charge dust removing has good application prospect in the engineering blasting of open-pit mining and other industries.

    The room and pillar mining method is used in Xiaobaoshan iron mine for a long time, which results in large quantity residual ore, so, the waste phenomenon of iron ore is serious. In order to save the iron ore resources and recycle the residual ore, the stopping scheme of the eastern ore-bodies is determined by analyzing the feasibility of stoping. The basic idea of the scheme is the drilling, blasting and ore transportation are conducted in the open air, the mined-out area can be filled effectively by using the rock caused by cutting slope; open-pit mining method is used to deal with the outcrop ore-bodies, while the mining of remaining ore-bodies can be conducted by using open-pit drilling and blasting method, the ores can be recycled by automobile transportation way in -50 m level. The results show that the ore can be recycled about 9.2×104 t, the economic benefits is about 28064 1 million yuan, the safety of recycling of the residual ore in Xiaobaoshan iron mine is realized, the social benefits and economical benefits are both obtained.

    Gold was recovered from outsourcing gold cyanide tailings from a gold plant of Shaanxi. Gold grade of tailings is 2.21 g/t, gold carrier mineral pyrite is partial oxidized, gold recovery by flotation of is difficult. To find the appropriate activator, activation flotation experiment was carried out using ammonium sulfate and copper sulfate. Results show that the tail slag ground to -0.044 mm 92% and via three roughing-one scavenging, rough concentrates mixed and selected gold, when using ammonium sulfate as the activator, concentrate with gold grade of 33.80 g/t and recovery of 39.78% was obtained. Compared with copper sulfate, gold grade and recovery increased 6.9 g/t and 1.07 percentage points, and with lower sulfur content in tailings. So ammonium sulfate can be used instead of copper sulfate as the gold cyanide tailings activating flotation, and the economic benefit is remarkable, results can be used for reference in the similar tailings flotation for gold recovery.

    Inner Mongolia Huogeqi is a polymetallic deposit and main element is copper.The mine has contact metasomatic type deposit characteristics,1.10% Cu.Through the analysis of ore chemical composition, mineral composition and occurrence mode, the structure of main minerals,monomer dissociation, disseminated extent and characteristics were understood, find out the mineralogy factors influencing copper recovery rate.Process of copper priority flotation-copper tailings magnetic separation to comprehensive recovery pyrite was recommended, results can provide technical basis for the development and utilization of the mineral resources.

    In order to make full use of an iron ore resource from Henan,process mineralogy research was conducted on the ore.Results indicated that:①iron grade is 34.31%,harmful element S and P content is low,belongs to acidic oxide ferric ore,iron mineral with recycling value is magnetite and specularite, accounting for 88.63% of total iron;②magnetite exists in medium dense-sparse or scattered impregnated clothly embedded in the gangue,coarsely disseminated,most of which in 0.3~1.5 mm,graded +0.3 mm accounted for 96.79%;Specularite mainly exists in medium dense disseminated banded and sparse,scattered article impregnation strip production, mostly assumes the directional arrangement characteristic,particle size small,-0.30 mm accounted for 57.14%;Specularite monomer liberation degree is above 96% at grinding fineness -0.075 mm 90.33%;③Main gangue mineral is quartz and muscovite, and simply symbiotic with iron minerals, create a good condition for processing.Grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation process was recommended to recovery magnetite and specularite,the dust fine grained granular specularite recycle should be enhanced to avoid high Fe content tailings.The process mineralogy research can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the next step of mineral processing.

    There is 4.20 g/t gold, 1.76% arsenic in an arsenic bearing gold ore from Guangxi. Gold mainly in super micro or colloidal morphology packed in pyrite, arsenopyrite and secondary limonite. Gold is finely disseminated and difficult to be separated. To recovery the gold in ore, beneficiation test were conducted via direct leaching process and flotation-roasting-leaching process. The results showed that:①gold leaching rate by direct heap leaching process is low, leaching rate was only 28.48% at feeding granularity of -5 mm;②gold leaching rate by all slime cyanidation leaching process is only 28.48% at grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 6.58%;③gold leaching rate of 90.43% was obtained by flotation-roasting-leaching process at grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 5.74%, calcination temperature 550 ℃, sodium cyanide dosage of 1 500 g/t. Test results can be the basis for determination of dressing process for the gold ore.

    Poor iron ore treated by fatty acid will have good index, while has problems of high cost from heated flotation. Collector KK-2 was prepared using special structure of block polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene, and reverse flotation test was conducted on the mix magnetic concentrate with 47.91% Fe. Results indicated that, collector KK-2 can improve dispersity of fatty acid at low temperature, increase quartz surface contact angle, improve floatability, decrease the pulp temperature from 39~42 ℃ to 25 ℃, closed-circuit flotation flowsheet was simplified as one roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging from one roughing-one cleaning-three scavenging, iron grade of concentrate was also 68.30% around as the original, iron recovery increased from 88.68% to 91.15%, the separation index is well, the process was shorted, cost reduced, separation index improved. The results can provide reference for the plant.

    There is 61.71% CaF2, 27.79% SiO2 in a fluorite ore from Zhejiang, belongs to quartz-fluorite type fluorite ore. To develop and utilize the fluorite ore resources, beneficiation test were conducted on the ore. Optimum flotation conditions determinate by condition test is grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 70%, regulator sodium carbonate 1 000 g/t, depressor sodium silicate 1 000 g/t, collector oleic acid 500 g/t, via one roughing-six cleaning-one scavenging, middles back to the flowsheet in process, fluorite concentrate with yield 61.62%, CaF2 grade 97.39%, recovery 96.96% was obtained, impurity content is qualified. The test results can provide basis for the final determination of the fluorite ore beneficiation process.

    The monzonitic granite in Erguying forest farm is located in the northeast area of Lesser Khingan Mountaines,it is the important part of the Yichun-Yanshou magma belt.Based on analyzing the regional geological background,combing with the related test results,the petrogeochemistry characteristics and genesis of the monzonitic granite in Erguying forest farm are discussed in detail.The results show that:①the monzonitic granite with the characteristics of high silica (w(SiO2) 65.23%~71.20%),alumina (w(Al2O3) 13.46%~17.07%) and rick alkali (w(Na2O+K2O)6.56%~8.27%),it belongs to the partial aluminum calc-alkalic rock series with high potassium;②the monzonitic granite is enriched in large ion lithophile elements (such as K、Rb、Ba) and incompatible elements with lively chemical properties (such as U, Th), it is relatively depleted in high field strength elements (such as Nb、Sr、Ti) and heavy rare earth elements (such as Y、Yb、Lu ),the petrogeochemistry characteristics of the monzonitic granite is similar to the ones of I type granite;③the monzonitic granite is formed in volcanic arc tectonic environment related to the Pacific plate subduction.

    The detecting depth of geo-electrochemical extraction method is large,it has the ability to determine a single detection target,it is suitable for the Quaternary system coverage.The anomalies can be found effectively under the conditions of the unsatisfactory effects obtained by the conventional geophysical and geochemical prospecting methods,so the geological conditions of the detection region can be detected rapidly,effectively and accurately.Firstly,the feasibility test in the Qinlinchang mining area with the known engineering controlling ore-bodies is done,then,the geo-electrochemical extraction method is used to conduct the prospecting prediction of concealed Pb-Zn deposit in the unknown mining area.The application results show that the abnormal points of the two section lines of the unknown mining area are consistent with the geological prospecting information,the ideal prospecting effects of the geo-electrochemical extraction method is obtained.

    Based on analyzing the rock geochemical characteristics of the granite distributed in Guokeshan area in Qinghai province,the uranium metallogenic conditions of the area is also discussed.The results show that:①moyite in the area is belongs to the calcium alkali rock series with high potassium,the value of A/CNK is larger than 1,it also belongs to the typical S type granite;②the average value of rare earth elements (Y is not concluded) is 1 047.30×10-6,it overall show that the ore-bearing rare earth elements is higher than that of normal moyite significantly,the total ratio value of light and heavy rare earth elements is 14.65~24.45,the average value is 19.30,the value of (La/Yb)N is 23.01~8862,the average value is 53.86,the enrichment characteristics of light rare earth elements is significant,the rare earth elements partition type curve is appeared with the right type;③the tectonic environment discrimination diagram show that the tectonic environment of the formation of granite has the characteristics of after post orogenic granite,it is the one that is formed after the deformation process of orogenic belt;④the rock geochemical characteristics is consistent to the typical uranium-producing rock mass characteristics in the south of China,the uranium metallogenic conditions of the area is ideal.

    Taking the return air roadway of Jiangjiahe coal mine as the study example,the in-situ measure method and industrial test method are adopted to analyze the cause of the floor heave,the analysis results show that the compound floor heave is produced under the influence of surrounding rock characteristics,in-situ stress, hydraulic nature,mining influence of nearby working face and supporting structure,the rock characteristics and hydraulic nature of the roadway floor are the essential influence factors of the roadway floor heave.Based on the above analysis results, the prestressed grouting comprehensive reinforcement scheme in whole section is proposed,the failure strain of roadway surrounding rock is controlled effectively.

    In order to study the stope stability of close distance layers which is underwater mining in Laohudong phosphate mine,the maximum exposed roof area of stope in two layers were calculated by elasticity method,structural parameters of the upward cut and fill mining method were optimized,and the stability of two mining methods with multiple stopes were analyzed by the software ANSYS.The results show that,the reasonable width of the room should be 6 to 8 m when the stope layout is vertical direction by upward cut and fill mining method.The stope stability is good while meet to the number designed by two methods,and the stope structural parameters designed could satisfy the requirements of safe and efficient mining.

    In order to further improve the reliability of the ventilation system of multi-sections stoping mine, reduce the dirty air circulation and the external air leakage of mined-our area and improve the mutual restriction effect of the return air of multi-sections, the extraction ventilation pattern of the combination of main fan and auxiliary fan is proposed, based on the return air pressure balance and air volume balance principle of series and parallel of multi-stations and multi-fans, and the fan frequency conversion control technique, the air volume matching of the return air of series and parallel of multi-stations and multi-fans is realized, about 29.22 m3/s air leakage of the mined-out area and 20.68 m3/s dirty air circulation are reduced, the effectively air volume rate is increased more than 10%,the underground environment quality is improved effectively, the social and economic benefits are obvious.

    The broken wires phenomenon of steel wire rope of the guide of a mine with more than 1000 m deep in many times, the safety hidden trouble is serious. In order to prevent the occurrence of the accident hazards caused by broken wire, the structure of sliding sleeve of the guide rope and skip are improved. Aiming at the existed broken wire phenomenon of the guide steel wire rope, a new special homemade broken wire gear sleeve is installed on the sliding sleeve, the broken wire can be cut off effectively by skip with high speed running, the ends of broken wire is processed. The test running results show that the broken wire phenomenon is not existed, the improvement is realized.

    Aiming at the characteristics of high contents of mud and fine grain of the unclassified tailings of copper mine,industrial waste materials is activated by a new compound activator to produce new gelling material by test.The intensity test results of filling bodies show that when the total concentration of filling slurry is 65%,in 28 days, the intensity of the filling body of new gelling material and unclassified tailings with 1∶6 ratio is 1.44 times of the one of the filling body of cement and unclassified tailings with 1∶3 ratio,3.9 MPa. And the intensity of the filling body of new gelling material and unclassified tailings with 1∶8 ratio is 2.5 MPa, which is close to the one(2.7 MPa) of the filling body of cement and unclassified tailings with 1∶3 ratio, which is suitable to the requirement of mine filling intensity.The subsidence test results and slump test results of filling bodies show that the water retention of the new gelling material is good,the liquidity of the new gelling material can meet the requirement of mine filling conveying,therefore,the marketing value of the new gelling material is good.
