    Based on porous media fluid-solid coupling theory and elastic-plastic limited equilibrium theory, taken No.-390-1 transverse drift of Baixiangshan iron mine through water conductive fault as an engineering example, numerical model of ort roadway meet large inclined angle water conductive fault was set up, research was done on setting width of water-proof pillar under condition of different lateral pressure coefficient, change rule of stress and strain field of surrounding rock mass under the working disturbance of roadway and the influence rule to stability of roadway surrounding rock mass and water inrush risk were discussed and researched.

    Safety thickness of roof is the corresponding thickness when the roof reach the critical failure state. Simulation analysis was done on shore which setting different thickness of blind ore body exploitation of bottom Yeshan iron ore by dichotomy optimization theory, much accurate safety thickness of roof was obtained, and it furthest recovered the mineral resources and assure the safety stoping of orebody at the same time.

    The global stability of Lingbao iron mine stope was analysis by RMR method and Q-system rock mass classification methods, and the results of numerical analysis on the details of stope stability and stabilty of this stope are evaluated comprehensively using ANSYS software. Stope stability of this mine is good on the current conditions, and it provides theoretical foundation for the safe stoping of ore remained in mining area.

    Detonation progress of cartridge of different diameter at same condition of initiation energy was shot by using APX-RS digital high speed camera, and the picture clearly shows the radial expansion process of detonation products. Value of cartridge explosion velocity was calculated and the rule of diameter effect of explosive speed was concluded through the pitcure processing.

    Taking a uranium ore as research target, animalcule leaching uranium effect of uranium ore with particle size 5.0~0.1 mm,10~0.1 mm,15~0.1 mm at the same condition were compared. Ideal animalcule leaching uranium particle size were confirmed after comparison of general leaching rate, general acid consumption, sludging and scaling and so on. Result indicated these three samples all could obtain leaching rate of over 90%,economic and technical indexes of sample 10~0.1mm were the best.

    Research situation of recovering iron from low temperature bayer process red mud by three different kinds of magnetic separation flow are introduced. Research results indicate, efficiency and recovery rate of metal are both high by coarse-fine separation-middling(s) grinding and separation technology, show the energy-saving idea of abandoning and recovering as early as possible adequately, over grinding and separation and metal run off are reduced furthest. Grade and recovery rate of iron of granule iron concentrate are 59.42% and 22.82%, coarse grain iron concentrate 55.30% and recovery 70.04% could obtain separately, comprehensive grade reach to 57.26% and comprehensive recovery rate 92.86% of granule and coarse grain iron concentrate.

    Collecting properties and the foam state of alkyl polyamines ether series collector GE-601,GE-610,GE-609,GE-609 and lauryl amine were compared through test. The results indicated GE-601 was the ideal cationic collector. Under the condition of no adding other reagent, handle the rough concentrate of Jianshan iron ore with iron grade 64.53% by one rougher flotation and third scavenging completed circuit flotation flow, excellent quality iron ore concentrate with iron grade 69.41%, recovery rate 98.42% obtained.

    Experimental study was done on beneficiation of a gold mine in Xinjiang which belongs to carbonaceous granule disseminated type hard dressing gold mine. Result indicated: good flotation indexes of grade 77.42g/t , recovery rate 63.10% of gold could get by open line test which adopted stage grinding-stage flotation process and taken copper sulfate as activator, butyl xanthate and ammonium butyl aerofloat as collector.

    Application situation of normal flocculant which pass through modification in beneficiation test of high phosphorus hematite in west of Hubei is introduced, conditions like type, optimum dosage and optimum pH value of flocculant suit to the beneficiation of this high phosphorus hematite are confirmed. Flocculant adsorbs mineral particle with negative electrification selectively in flocculation process, reduces the phosphorus content of rough concentrate effectively, provides conditions for further enhance iron grade of concentrate through reverse flotation. Test result shows the flocculation ability of modified polyacrylamide is strong and has good selectivity, is a sort of good flocculant of hematite.

    In order to determination of normal distribution of "vertical three-zone" in coal seam overlying strata more accurate, improve the effect of high gas drainage drilling, normal distribution of "vertical three-zone" of coal seam is divided initially, choosing a resonable arrangement of layers drilling is the key factor which influence the effect of high gas drainage drilling is discussed, construction parameters of each drilling should quantitative designed based on the height of caving zone and fractured zone in goaf. Field observation and theoretical calculation method of height of caving zone and fractured zone are discussed, and construction parameter of each drainage hole of high level borehole on high gas working face could designed and optimized overall according to these two results.
