Design of the High Orepass System in a Phosphate Mine

Abstract: A phosphate mine in Sichuan has the great scale and depth exploitation.If the traditional stage orepass transportation is adopted in the mine,there would be so many orepasses,the transportation process of ore would be excessive and mine management would be very complex.So the system of high orepass and branch orepass was recommended and the layout form and section of high orepass are designed.Besides that,the safe measures for preventing blockage,loading and unloading ore and initial ore drawing are given.After the operation of the designed system of the paper more than one year,the transportation cost is reduced and transportation efficiency is improved,besides that,the system has good reliability,the good foundation of the mine safety production is laid.This is the first successful practice of adopting high orepass and branch orepass drawing system in chemical mine,which has certain reference value for similar mines.
