Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of complex surveying and mapping process，low surveying and mapping efficiency and poor accuracy of laser scanning surveying and mapping system in mine surveying， the optimization measures are put forward by analyzing the principle of the problem. The optimization of laser scanning mapping accuracy is realized by using attitude dynamic compensation based on double inclination sensor，high precision correction of external coordinates based on flexible target and high precision measurement system of absolute angle. The practical application shows that the scheme can improve the surveying and mapping efficiency by 74.6 % and make the surveying and mapping accuracy reach 97.6 %.
